For some organizations, ISO 9000 is a "necessary condition" for being in
business in that specific market. For others, it's an option; one of several
"improvement" options that management face.
In both situations the realities of an "implementation" would be very different
if ISO 9000 was implemented to reflect the radically changed operating strategy,
policies, procedures and measurements that accompany a Theory of Constraints
